TENNANT, Freida Dawn (nee Wilson) ,May 7,1936-December 20,2015 after a long courageous battle on Sunday December 20,2015 at St. Mary's of the Lake Hospital in her 79th year, with her children by her side. Loving mother of Michael (Laurie), Roy ( Shireen), Tim ( Julie) and Ginny. Cherished nanny to Jennifer, Katie, Jamie, Trevor, Corey, Travis, Devin, Cassandra, Timothy, Tyson, Taelor and Madison. Great grandmother to Michael Jr and Rylee.
Predeceased by her parents Roy and Mary, sisters, Dolores Vonk (John) and Justina (Charles Ede ) and brothers Hartley Wilson and Roy Wilson Jr.(Jean). Loved by many nieces and nephews.
In keeping with Dawn's wishes, cremation has taken place. A Mass of Remembrance will be held in St. John's Catholic Church Stone Street South, Gananoque, Ontario on Saturday January 2,2016 at 10:00 am. Burial to follow in St. John's Cemetery Gananoque, Ontario. The family would like to thank Dr. Alex Maitland , nurses at Kingston General Hospital and St.Mary's of the Lake Hospital Palliative Care Unit.
